1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Hidayah application (aalaq.org/hidayah), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.
2. Description of Service Hidayah is a personal companion application designed for Quranic study, prayer tracking, and spiritual growth. The service is provided “as is” and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts & Authentication To use Hidayah, you must sign in using a valid Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your local device or account.
4. User Conduct You agree to use Hidayah only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the authentication or point-tracking systems.
- Use the application in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.
5. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Hidayah. By using the app, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidayah and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, or from the loss of any locally stored data (such as prayer streaks or points) due to browser clearing or device failure.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
